Yes! Customer are able to choose custom pewter playing pieces from our custom pewter catalog that we make available to our customers. Should you not find the 6 unique pieces for your game that you desire, you can choose to create a new piece for an small fee. Furthermore, you may also include additional pieces beyond the 6 standard pieces for an additional fee.
Absolutely! Furthermore, we provide Adobe Illustrator templates that are used to create your game. Additionally, we provide game design services for those discerning clients who may not have the time nor inclination to design their own game.
Yes! Custom money is included in the base game price. Most customers either sell the money as a set to one sponsor, while some sell each of the seven denominations to different sponsors.
The time varies based on the customer activity, time of year, and other scheduling items. That said, generally speaking, on average you can expect some near the following:
- 4-9 months depending on how quickly your team is able to complete the ABC Game Process
- 1-3 months selling sponsorships for game components
- 1-2 month for game design
- 2.5 - 4 months to manufacture and ship the games from the manufacturer to the delivery address after your approval on the final factory proof
NOTE: Shipping and manufacturing times and costs vary throughout the year due to holidays and changing shipping demand. Our shipping quotes are only valid for 30 days.
We do our best to produce high quality products. We will notify you if an image is blurry or will result in a lower quality product and request a new image. If you decide to keep the image then we will do so, however, if the image you approved is blurry then the end result will also be blurry. This is your responsibility to determine what level of quality is acceptable to you. We encourage you to submit high quality images in the recommended file types.
Yes! We collaborate with a third party logistics provider to manage delivery of your games. Your games can be delivered anywhere there is a reasonable address and accessible by the delivery vehicle which is most commonly a truck. You can request a shipping quote by including the shipping destination address information in your quote or information request form. If needed, we can also ship certain items via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Yes! You can create any penalty or reward on your action cards. We provide a Action Card Suggestions list to help kick-start the idea generation process for you. Of course, you are welcome to be as creative as you like. Just modify the template to match your desired idea.
Customers can also create additional cards beyond the standard 16 for a small additional fee per card. Contact us using the quote form to request the additional pricing information.
Utilizing other programs and file formats make cause extra rework. We prefer that the provided template files are only modified in Adobe Illustrator. Files that have been modified utilizing InDesign or other applications will incur an additional $300 fee to account for the necessary time involved in having our team place the design back into the original format. We tend to use the latest in the Adobe suite of projects, so if you find that our templates don't work because they're in a newer version please let us know the version of Adobe Illustrator you are utilizing and we'll confirm whether or not we can provide you template files for that version of Illustrator.

- For customer logos we highly recommend getting original digital copies of their logos in EPS or SVG formats in order to have a polished, professional looking end product.

We have pre-selected pewter playing pieces consisting of 6 pieces available for orders of less than 100. We generally have 2 sets of pewter pieces in stock. We are not able to customize pewter playing pieces for order quantities of less than 100.

Yes! For game orders of less than 100 units, there will be an extra charge. Orders of 100 or more units include the custom money in the price.
The time varies based on the quantity ordered. That said, generally speaking, on average you can expect some where near the following for single game orders:
- 1 game, on average, will take about 1 and 1/2 weeks from the time you approve the game for production until the day it shows up on your doorstep. Note that this applies to games shipped in the continental United States. Overseas orders will likely take longer due to longer delivery times.
- 10 - 75 games will typically take about 3 to 4 weeks. Again, the destination shipping address can add time.
- For 100+ games you should plan on about 3-4 months depending on the time of year the order is placed.
